Preferably 4–5 years of working experience in denim garments, textiles, or woven denim manufacturing industries.
Basic knowledge of fabric manufacturing, shade evaluation, and testing & inspection processes.
Basic understanding of various washing and dyeing methods used in denim production.
Proficient in English and Bengali (reading, writing, and speaking).
Adequate computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work for extended hours within the factory premises on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure inspection of fabrics, trims, and accessories in accordance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
Monitor fabric inspection parameters including shade variation, shrinkage, skewness, fabric weight, and wash blanket results; escalate discrepancies to management promptly.
Maintain proper evidence and documentation of wash blankets, fabric defect swatches, shade cards, and shrinkage panels for supplier follow-up.
Analyze daily cutting-related issues and report findings to superiors for corrective action.
Coordinate with the wash team to obtain shade swatch cards and shade band approvals.
Ensure proper housekeeping practices and maintain compliance-related and technical audit documentation.
Follow up on daily fabric cutting requirements to ensure production continuity.
Review and verify all reports generated by the fabric team for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure 100% garment inspection after washing to check shade consistency and dry/wet effects; take responsibility for resolving shade-related issues.
Conduct data analysis, prepare fabric mill scorecards, and perform Pareto analysis to identify improvement areas.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management as required.
