• Strong Communication skills

• Collect samples from the sample section based on the updated production plan and analyze style construction and challenges for each line.
• Design layout sheets for new styles according to the Operation Breakdown (OB) sheet. If the style is a repeat, update the previous layout sheet, ensuring it is reviewed by seniors.
• Create a QCO (Quick Changeover) sheet based on the layout paper and approved QCO matrix, assign operator names, collect QCO data, and generate QCO graphs.
• Conduct capacity studies and balance the line (Line Balancing System, LBS) for current styles to meet the required production capacity.
• Analyze production issues in problematic operations to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Track sewing downtime and update the off-standard database accordingly.
• Monitor hourly production for each operation. If any deviations are found, collaborate with production executives to resolve the issues.
• Conduct skill gap analyses for each operation and plan, monitor, and implement skill development training.
• Ensure pre-setting is done according to the visualized pre-setting plan.
• Conduct manpower counts three times a day (morning, after lunch, and after 5 PM, and sometimes after 7 PM).
• Attend morning meetings to review the previous day's forecast and achievements, address bottlenecks, and discuss the day's production plans.
• Administer skill tests for new operators and conduct annual skill tests for operator appraisals.
• Provide input on the monthly machine and manpower requirement sheets based on the monthly production plan.
