Additional Requirements

• Take the line plan and follow up with central planning (CP) to ensure effective execution.
• Prepare the Operation Bulletin (OB), calculate Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM), set up the line, machine layout, and workstation layout.
• Allocate the required manpower for each operation line.
• Perform daily manpower balancing, set targets, and monitor achievement.
• Recommend new ideas and methods to increase productivity and improve quality.
• Focus on reducing Non-Productive Time (NPT), recording lost time, calculating efficiency, and conducting problem studies to improve productivity.
• Control overtime (OT) in sewing by balancing the line layout and ensuring target efficiency.
• Build up capacity in line with the learning curve using various Industrial Engineering (IE) tools and production studies for specific operations.
• Ensure that all processes have correct SMV values included in the bulletin according to GSD (General Sewing Data).
• Participate in risk analysis and production planning (PP) meetings to identify risks for new styles.
• Improve SMV through process improvement, innovation, and updating GSD.
• Define chassis and prepare the Quality Control (QCO) plan.
• Prepare paper layouts and set up lines according to the layout to optimize resources and efficiency.
• Follow up to ensure the sewing workload is equally balanced and human resources are optimally utilized. 
• Work with the pre-production team to mitigate identified risks during the sample stage.
• Monitor bulk sewing methods during production runs.
• Ensure lines are properly balanced to exceed planned efficiency.
• Conduct skill tests for sewing operators and ironers according to the evaluation procedure and update the skill matrix.
• Implement and maintain the EOS (End of Shift) system.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams on corrective actions for any issues found in the processes above.
• Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate subordinates to accomplish business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and local laws.
• Ensure functional reporting, goal alignment, and performance evaluation through monthly touchpoints.
• Drive the Kaizen culture to promote continuous improvement.
• Develop operators' skill inventory ahead of upcoming style demands and train the production team as required.
• Analyze quality-related data and identify areas for improvement.
• Apply Lean techniques (7S, Kanban, Kaizen, SMED) in the sewing floor to reduce waste.
• Contribute to the GSD database and help implement successful practices on the floor.
• Assist floor staff in setting up effective line layouts according to the Operation Bulletin and maintain QCO when introducing new styles.
• Control Line Work in Progress (WIP).
• Perform skill assessments for new operators and conduct periodical skill assessments.
