Reviewing and redesigning KPIs to run into the PMS System;
Collaborate with the team lead to successfully manage the Performance Management System;
Designing and reviewing KRAs, KPIs as a team member of the PMS and People development;
Conducting yearly performance appraisal in-time as per the KPI-based PMS;
Cooperate in conducting yearly Training Need Assessment (TNA);
Implement the learning and development programs by internal and external facilitators;
Designing and implementing organizational development interventions;
Updating Job description for the employees of the facility;
Any other duties assigned by the management.
