Responsibilities & Context

  • Have to work on existing IT infrastructure and work on upcoming IT projects.
  • Help managers to design and map all kinds of IT projects as well as to improve all IT work processes.
  • Configuration of all IT devices, network devices.
  • Assembling of IT Equipment.
  • Conduct and supervise all kinds of IT support along with other team members.
  • Conduct and supervise all end-user support.
  • Provide technical support to small business units and branch offices.
  • Perform a complete IT procurement process.
  • Need to keep assets and inventory up to date.
  • Troubleshoot all IT equipment, help, and tech other team members.
  • Monitor and ensure the network connectivity uptime of all small business units.
  • Implement and assist new IT processes and policies for the betterment of IT. 
  • Maintain communication with business partners as well as outside stockholders.
