Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or CA (CC) from a recognized firm
Experience
2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
Candidates should have prior experience in one or more of the following sectors: Agro-based industries (including agro processing, seed, and GM), Audit/Tax Consultancy firms, Beverage industry, or FMCG manufacturing

Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements
Carry out financial, operational, and field audits to assess risks and strengthen internal controls
Promote transparency, accuracy, and process efficiency through structured audit practices
Perform both pre-audit and post-audit evaluations
Review and verify bills, vouchers, LC documents, and all supporting records for accuracy
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulations
Evaluate digital marketing activities and validate agency and media-related expenditures
Conduct factory inspections along with operational audits
Perform warehouse audits, including stock verification and inventory checks
Undertake physical market visits to assess branding implementation and execution quality
Audit events, campaigns, and promotional activities at site level
Review damage claims, settlements, and final distributor reconciliations
Cross-check local procurement rates against market benchmarks and company procurement policies
Detect financial inconsistencies, irregularities, and potential risks
Conduct process audits to identify operational gaps and weaknesses in internal controls
Provide recommendations for corrective measures and process enhancements
Report and escalate instances of non-compliance in a timely manner
Prepare detailed audit reports with clear, actionable insights
Coordinate with relevant departments to collect audit data and necessary documentation
Monitor and follow up on audit observations and implementation of corrective actions
