Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our IT-enabled services firm. This role is responsible for driving business development, sales, and marketing activities by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and contributing to sustained revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive business development for IT products and solutions in targeted markets.

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for IT services.

Stay updated on trends in the information technology industry and emerging technologies.

Generate leads, build a strong sales funnel, and successfully convert prospects into customers.

Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, webinars, seminars, and social media.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with sales targets.

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Analyze market data to develop strategies for reaching potential clients and expanding market presence.

Plan and execute both scheduled and cold sales calls in an organized and systematic manner.

Actively leverage social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to generate and nurture leads.

Serve as a customer advocate by understanding and representing the customer’s perspective.

Drive business development for IoT and smart devices, advanced software products, and industrial process management solutions.
