Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within specified timelines.
  • Follow up on payment milestones with Account Managers and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and Gantt Charts.
  • Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges.
  • Assist in resource allocation and task assignment.
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, target milestones, etc.
