  • Experience working with renowned Jewelry Houses, Fashion Houses, Automobile dealerships, or other retail establishments is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Candidates should be attractive, presentable, and well-groomed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, standard computer skills, and email communication is required.
  • Strong situational judgment skills, with the ability to assess and meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Present, promote, and sell products by highlighting key selling points to both existing and prospective customers within the branch.
  • Conduct needs assessments for current and potential customers to tailor product recommendations, cross-sell complementary items, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Advise customers by providing detailed product information and communicating the unique services that set our brand apart, enhancing its reputation.
  • Assist customers in making informed selections by building their confidence, offering helpful suggestions, and sharing expert opinions.
  • Meet sales targets and propose strategies to drive additional revenue by leveraging sales opportunities, including gathering referral information.
  • Manage cash transactions, EFD, various registers, and oversee inventory management responsibilities.
  • Participate in display setup and stock organization to maintain an attractive presentation.
  • Maintain professionalism by adhering to dress code and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
