Experience
Responsible for the deep frozen semen marketing program and will be solely accountable for the assigned division as specified by the ADL authority.
Establish the strategy and direction of the marketing program, including short- and long-term goals for the depot.
Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at expanding brand recognition and promoting the benefits of ADL products and services.
Maintain close coordination with the local Government office of the Department of Livestock Services (DLS) for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in the prescribed format.
Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving, organizational, and management skills.
Analyze sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly.
Maintain and supervise all records online, ensuring daily/regular updates on sales and collections.
Identify and select potential Pro-Artificial Insemination Workers (Pro-AIWs) from each union within the assigned jurisdiction.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
