✔ Conduct regular branch visits for marketing, performance analysis, and coordination
✔ Monitor sales performance using data and KPIs, and prepare detailed reports
✔ Manage print media activities and coordinate with external vendors
✔ Assist and collaborate with departmental managers as assigned by management
✔ Remain flexible to handle additional responsibilities when required
✔ Travel outside Dhaka frequently for fieldwork and business operations
✔ Collaborate with influencers to run promotional and branding campaigns
✔ Create and manage video content (basic mobile videography and editing skills required)
✔ Support the development of marketing materials and collaterals
✔ Monitor app and website performance, providing insights for improvement
