Responsibilities & Context

  • Delegation and team leadership skills in the MCD apparel sector, with strong knowledge of SOPs, inventory management, and accounting.
  • In-depth understanding of apparel materials, consumption control, and proactive planning; effective communication, accuracy in information handling, and time management, with an optimal level of confidence.
  • Positive attitude, creativity, and intuition in warehouse management, workforce coordination, space optimization, and accurate material handling.
  • Efficient handling of accessories from receipt to quality checks, prioritizing storage, and ensuring timely delivery to the consumption section with 100% efficiency, both manually and in the system.
  • Preparation of production plans, communicating goods shortages, and following SOPs to ensure timely in-house storage and delivery to the consumption department.
  • Reporting on delivery timelines daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annually, and annually with complete accuracy.
  • Compliance with internal audits, third-party audits, and customer/buyer technical audits, adhering to SOPs with 100% accuracy.
  • Ability to generate and execute ad-hoc reports and responsibilities as directed by management with complete accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing, and ERP software proficiency.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for official correspondence.
  • Accurate production plan tracking and timely logistical support for the consumption department.
  • Knowledge of non-moving, slow-moving, and leftover stock policies and SOPs to ensure optimal use of company assets.
