• Implement the accessory receiving plan, organize storage, and record inventory following SOPs.
• Conduct daily on-site inspections (GEMBA) and process audits. Lead efforts to maintain accurate database records and ERP updates.
• Perform timely inventory checks, aligning with Production Control Date (PCD) requirements, and document transactions appropriately.
• Evaluate storage facilities to ensure organized classification and codification of inventory.
• Adhere to all quality standards within the Quality Management System (QMS), including inspection, storage, and issuing processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through self-audits, management audits, and QMS audits.Follow the fabric receiving plan, organize storage locations, and maintain records per SOPs.
• Oversee inventory transactions for fabric and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate.
• Organize storage facilities with systematic classification and codification of inventory, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Adhere to all QMS protocols for fabric, including inspection, storage, and issuing.
• Manage all aspects of fabric handling to minimize material waste and avoid delays.
• Ensure timely receiving and issuance of materials as planned, with on-time fabric and cut kit delivery to the sewing section as needed.
• Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate team members to meet business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement culture through KAIZEN practices.
• Conduct GEMBA walks daily and oversee process audits.
