Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of factory equipment, with a primary focus on machinery.
  • Implement and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Supervise daily operations, including the monitoring and troubleshooting of factory machinery.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of all factory equipment.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and adhere to industry standards.
  • Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities, KPIs, and equipment performance.
  • Update ISO documentation and maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.
  • Conduct mechanical services for generators and air compressors as required.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and service meat processing machinery.
  • Utilize knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisors.
