  • Freshers are encouraged to apply but working in ERP (Oracle) or MCD will be treated as advantage.
  • Strong Interpersonal aptitude including excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating MS Office suits specially in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Good Typing speed.
  • Working capability under pressure and as a team member.
  • Full dedication & accountability over assigned jobs.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Create and update master data related to inventory modules in Oracle software as part of the MDM team, based on user requests and provided data, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and uniqueness of all master data before entering it into Oracle software.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues in Oracle related to inventory modules from an MDM perspective (if applicable).
  • Report post-costing analysis results to management, including variances, reasons, and recommendations for resolving controllable issues.
  • Analyze various reports and present them in worksheets or PowerPoint for management’s critical and strategic business decisions.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of Oracle-based reports, reporting discrepancies to the relevant authorities and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management for the benefit of the company or the group as a whole.
