Responsibilities & Context

  • We are looking for Executives in (Activation & Event). As an Executive in Activation & Event, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing events and activation campaigns that live a lasting impact.
  • Developing strong relations with client. Interacting with clients to understand their event requirements. 
  •  Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication channels. 
  • Handling unexpected challenges that may arise during events and finding prompt solutions. 
  • Mitigating risks and ensuring a smooth event execution. Maintaining accurate records of client communications, contracts, and event details. 
  •  Preparing reports and summaries for management and clients.
  • Must have ability to work in under pressure.
  • Remember, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are crucial in this role. 
  •  Any other activity/task assigned by the authority as and when required.
