Experience

• 2 Year to 3 Year

• Prepare the program sheet according to the sample specifications.
• Collect daily production data from all departments and compile it into a daily production report.
• Update the program sheet in the ERP system.
• Update the progress report regularly.
• Maintain and update the monthly chemical consumption report.
• Obtain approval for the program sheet from the department head.
• Update the monthly yarn consumption report
• Update the monthly commissioning work report.
• Update the monthly buyer-wise order analysis and business percentage report.
• Update stock fabric quantity in relation to running orders.
• Update the monthly reproduction report.
• Follow up on the availability of wash standards and arrange accordingly.
• Follow up on sample yarn orders.
• Maintain internal fabric transfer reports (from sample to bulk and from bulk to sample).
• Prepare and update the fiber traceability report as per buyer requirements.
• Perform tasks as assigned by management.
• Collect daily production data from all departments and prepare a daily production report (repeated from earlier point).
