Master’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized university.
At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience is required.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
Design and evaluate formulations for new and existing products.
Conduct laboratory and pilot trials, and perform product stability and process validations.
Prepare specifications for raw materials and finished products.
Analyze samples of raw materials, trial products, and competitor products.
Collaborate closely with QA/QC and Production teams on cross-functional activities.
Maintain accurate records of all development activities.
