We are seeking a highly organized, business-driven professional to seamlessly bridge vendor management, sales, product, and website operations. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute product management strategies in alignment with company goals.
Source, evaluate, and manage hardware, software, and IT solution portfolios.
Maintain and update the company website (www.ngenitltd.com) with accurate product information.
Communicate and negotiate with principals, distributors, and vendors for competitive pricing.
Assign and distribute daily sales quotations to ensure timely client responses.
Collaborate with software and web teams on website content and product catalog management.
Ensure product content quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
Test and review product listings, pricing, and descriptions before publishing.
Support cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical) to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in product management, IT sales support, or vendor relations (IT/Software/Hardware experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT solutions, hardware, and licensed software products is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with website administration or CMS.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
