Additional Requirements
Supervise the production of tablets, capsules, PFS liquids, and other products.
Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping of production machines and equipment, maintaining logbooks accordingly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per production planning.
Prepare and submit requisitions of BMR and BPR to the QA department on time for routine production.
Verify calibration of all production machinery and equipment before manufacturing.
Inspect and receive materials from the warehouse and place them in designated areas before production begins.
Review, sign, and update all production area logbooks during routine production.
Monitor and record temperature and relative humidity during In-Process Control (IPC).
Ensure the availability of raw and packaging materials for smooth production.
Check proper functioning of all machines and equipment on the production floor and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs.
Raise requisitions for raw and packaging materials from the warehouse for routine production.
Communicate with the engineering department to ensure prompt breakdown maintenance and timely completion of preventive maintenance.
Review and sign all daily manufacturing records and documentation.
Coordinate with the QA department for line clearance.
Maintain all production department documents properly.
Efficiently manage manpower, machinery, and materials to improve productivity.
Prepare and update relevant SOPs and documents according to GMP guidelines, ensuring proper maintenance.
Manage deviations, change control, CAPA, and process validation.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or top management.
