  • Must have clear knowledge all process (material in house to Shipment)Must have good knowledge as a trainer.
  • Capable to maintain good communication with buyer, superior, subordinate & merchandiser (others).
  • Must have abilities of decision making to overcome any quality issue.
  • Good knowledge /awareness of quality control policy, quality management system, technical audit, and mailing.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Ensure that the buyer’s manuals, procedures, and updates are consistently reviewed through the supplier portal and implemented into the process via SOPs and flowcharts at all departments and steps, in alignment with QS/QMS guidelines. Ensure that all department heads and responsible personnel are updated on the latest manuals, files, and documents.
  • Coordinate with the QS/QMS team to meet all buyer requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Identify operational faults and recommend timely corrective actions, independently resolving issues when possible.
  • Monitor the entire production process, from fabric in-house to shipment, ensuring adherence to buyer standards.
  • Achieve QS/QMS target scores by conducting internal audits, setting goals, reviewing policies, and ensuring compliance with the minimum requirements (MR). Organize meetings to present findings and secure corrective action plans (CAP) for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare training materials and maintain a training schedule (annual) to ensure 100% employee participation in factory-wide training.
  • Address customer claims and feedback, implementing CAP and following up to drive improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation for each style’s QS/QMS file is prepared on time, confirming that all activities (e.g., P.P. meeting, pilot, bulk production, etc.) are conducted in full compliance with the Quality System, with no violations.
  • Conduct regular internal QS/QMS audits to ensure the buyer’s technical audit score exceeds 90% or meets Grade "A" standards. Ensure no Minimum Requirements (MR) are failed, and maintain a self-reliant supplier status.
