• Actively participate in Pre-Production (PP) and QCO meetings.
• Follow up on pre-production activities, starting from the size set stage.
• Track samples throughout various stages (TOP, shipping, rack, testing, etc.).
• Ensure workstations are organized and maintain a clean, efficient floor environment.
• Adhere to iron standards for product quality.
• Verify get-up and price ticket checks to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on the line feeding checklist to ensure smooth production flow.
• Review the first output against the approved sample and follow up on the garment measurement report.
• In case of discrepancies, promptly inform the QA Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager for corrective action.
• Finalize critical operations, quality points, and communicate them clearly to Team Members and Team Leaders.
• For styles running on more than one line, ensure duplicate trim cards are approved for each line.
• Discuss findings from Buying Office Inline inspections with the respective Production, IE, and QA teams to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the DHU report to identify recurring defects and collaborate with the respective Production teams to correct them.
• Ensure the process monitoring checklist is consistently followed.
• Coordinate with management if any requirements cannot be met.
• Follow up on Team Leaders’ daily routines and their work actions to ensure efficiency.
