  • Bachelor/Honors, in Textile Technology or relevant subject from any reputed University.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Participate in Pre-Production (PP) meetings and oversee sample follow-up.
  • Track various sample stages (TOP, Shipping, Rack, Testing, etc.), as well as line feeding and related processes.
  • Review size set corrections and implement corrective actions for any issues in cutting.
  • Inspect first-line outputs, provide feedback, and grant approvals as needed.
  • Brief QA team on style-specific critical points and focus areas.
  • Monitor finishing return and audit pass rates; collaborate with the sewing team and conduct pre-final audits to address issues.
  • Address repeated audit failures by working closely with the sewing team for improvement.
  • Track DHU % and finishing return rates, and take corrective actions as required.
  • Review inline findings with relevant personnel to ensure quality standards.
  • Address significant defect quantities (such as shading, measurement issues) by consulting with the sewing team and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to the QA team to strengthen quality assurance practices.
