Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a hardworking, intelligent, and talented individual for the position of Executive – Quotation. This role involves working with high-tech analytical laboratory products utilized in universities, research institutes, pharmaceuticals, environmental organizations, as well as the textile and food industries.

  • Prepare business-related documents, particularly quotations and tenders.
  • Source products effectively.
  • Stay updated on available stock and pricing for products.
  • Keep abreast of product specifications.
  • Maintain communication with members of the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations.
  • Communicate with quotation inviters.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
