Education


  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), in EEE or ME
  • Diploma, Diploma in Engineering, in EEE or ME

  • 1 Year to 2 Year

Additional Requirements


  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Excellent coordination and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
  • Must have motor bike driving license
  • The applicants should have experience in Business Development, Team Coordination., collaboration and communication skills, Must have experience in Lifts sales.
  • BBA/ B.Sc. in EEE or ME from any reputed public or private university
  • Diploma in EEE/ME from a reputed public or private polytechnic institute with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience
  • At least 1-2 years of specific experience in sales & Marketing as an Executive in an Elevator & Escalator Company or candidate will get priority

Responsibilities & Context

• Sales & Marketing for Elevator, Escalator & Diesel Generator.
• Sourcing & Contacting with Consultant & Client on a regular basis.
• Buildup & monitoring marketing activities, Client Visit & arrange meeting with the customer.
• Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and successfully hit sales targets by converting leads into clients.
• Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
• Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals
• Identify and qualify new revenue-generating sales opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting potential cost-benefit analysis to potential clients, developing
• Long-term relationships with clients, offering after-sales support services, and Execution of Projects.
• Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
• Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing policy & contributing to developing marketing strategies.
• Explore new markets to contribute to sales increase.
• Prepare regular sales action plan.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
