  • Business Development and Expansion
  • Follow-up on Overdue Orders and Send Reminders
  • Follow-up on Unshipped Orders and Send Reminders
  • Customer Visits, Projections, and Competitor Information Gathering
  • Reporting to Management on Performance and Progress
  • Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Sales and Receiving Forecasts
  • Effective Communication and Coordination Across Internal Departments
