Responsibilities & Context

  • Execute business analytics to generate actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to the sales force for informed decision-making.
  • Visit markets regularly to monitor sales operations, assess ground-level performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide necessary support and coordination to ensure sales teams can perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Take proactive initiatives to enhance sales activities, boost productivity, and improve overall performance.
  • Propose and plan market restructuring based on market potential and performance data to optimize sales coverage and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the formulation and periodic review of key business policies, including:
  • Incentive policies
  • Performance evaluation systems
  • Promotion policies for the sales force
  • Support the restructuring of geographical territories, including defining markets, regions, and territories for improved coverage and efficiency.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and continuous support of the sales teams.
