Responsibilities & Context

  • Vehicle Tracking Product Sales Management:
  • Oversee the sales of vehicle tracking products, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and market penetration for the product.
  • Market Visits & Relationship Management:
  • Conduct regular market visits in assigned areas to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and potential leads.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure effective communication with prospective clients to drive sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement & Planning:
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing and executing strategic plans.
  • Create action plans for target achievement, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to meet sales objectives.
  • Sales Lead Development & Contribution:
  • Develop strong sales leads, ensuring adequate contribution from new and existing markets.
  • Track and manage sales leads from various channels, ensuring proper follow-up and conversion to sales.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients and dealer clients to maintain loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Reporting & Follow-Up:
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, keeping track of progress toward targets and sales activities.
  • Ensure proper follow-up for both existing clients and new leads to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Trade Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Oversee trade-marketing activities and field/market-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
  • Track campaign results, analyzing performance and adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Pre-Sales & Sales Process Management:
  • Conduct pre-sales preparations, including sales presentations and negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Convert prospects into customers and ensure effective sales service through collaboration with the customer service department.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration & Lead Management:
  • Collect correct sales leads from channel partners and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Team Management & Motivation:
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective field operations.
  • Motivate the team to achieve sales results and maintain a high level of performance through consistent feedback and leadership.
