  • Industry Expertise: Experience in RMG or related trims & accessories company is must.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good Communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Acquire new clients, retain existing business, and expand market share.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve profit targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales process from order placement to payment collection.
  • Handle quotes, presentations, contracts, and after-sales support.
  • Provide regular reports and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer needs and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maximize profit by using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
  • Develop and implement unique sales techniques to drive growth.
  • Identify and secure new market opportunities to expand the business.
  • Resolve client issues by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely solutions.
