Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an Executive for Concrete Block Sales & Marketing at Concord Ready-Mix and Concrete Products Ltd. (RMC II) and Concord Pre-Stressed Concrete & Block Plant Ltd. (CPCL). Our product range includes Hollow Blocks, Concrete Bricks, Rectangular Blocks, Trihexagonal Pavers, Drainage Blocks, Ceiling Blocks, Unipavers, Kerbstones, Tiles, and more.
SALES
- Drive sales through distributor channels, corporate clients, contractors (government, NGOs, individuals), and tenders to generate revenue for RMC-II and CPCL.
- Monitor competitor strategies and activities, providing recommendations for necessary actions on behalf of the company.
- Prepare and submit tender documents on time to participate in profitable projects.
- Assist in sourcing new products for both clients and the company.
SALES QUALITY
- Ensure that sales are made at approved rates, within agreed credit periods, and with proper collection rates to maintain high-quality standards.
CUSTOMER CONVERSION
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure customer conversion.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to drive conversions.
- Submit proposals to potential clients to convert them into customers.
COORDINATION
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product availability, fulfill product and customer requirements, minimize lead time, and provide maximum customer support.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, engineering, and technical teams for smooth order execution.
