Additional Requirements


  • The candidate must be proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good typing speed: 40 wpm in English and 30 wpm in Bangla.
  • Must have knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  • Responsible for daily lead generation with accurate data entry in the ERP system.
  • Strong experience in client management, including communication, project visits, and client office visits. Punctuality is essential.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with 1 to 2 years in an executive or senior sales role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and property valuation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers and investors, effectively highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract prospective buyers.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Provide market analysis and insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
