  • More than 1-2 years of experience in releted Field.
  • Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and reaching out to hospitals, clinics and others healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Depelop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Install, repair and maintain medical equipment at client locations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Provide training and technical support to end users.
  • Offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise post sale.
  • Manage warranty claims, repairs and replacement parts as per the company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations,repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare regular sales and service activity reports, including client interactions, issues resolved and feedback recieved.
  • Beside the above task any other task given the supervisor.
