Market Development

• Expand the company’s market presence by appointing dealers and sub-dealers across tile markets within the assigned territory, covering as many Thanas as possible to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure that sub-dealers distribute and sell company products through authorized dealers.

• Regularly monitor dealer sales performance and conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.

• Visit potential customers based on dealer requirements and company directives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies such as EED, HED, PWD, LGED, and other relevant organizations.

• Visit existing and newly established developer companies, architectural firms, and ongoing commercial and private construction projects within the assigned territory.

Promotional Activities

• Prepare and submit promotional proposals and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within the assigned territory.

• Ensure effective merchandising and product visibility at dealer and sub-dealer POS locations, and propose signboards for newly established outlets.

• Coordinate local promotional activities, including flyer distribution through local newspapers, and ensure adequate availability of catalogs, brochures, price lists, and other promotional materials.

• Support dealers in increasing sales through direct marketing, customer engagement, and identification of new business opportunities.

• Organize product training programs for dealers, customers, and relevant stakeholders within the territory.

• Execute and implement company-approved promotional offers, strategies, and business initiatives.

• Monitor the proper utilization and maintenance of company-provided signboards, POS materials, and other promotional assets.

• Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
