Achieve assigned yearly sales targets for cleaning and facility management services.
Generate new leads through direct visits, calls, referrals, and digital channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and prepare service proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with operations and supervisors to ensure smooth service delivery after sales closure.
