Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
Proven hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and managing client communications.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and efficient in handling day-to-day responsibilities.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal); IELTS certification is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero and QuickBooks.
Professional certifications such as ACCA or CA will be considered an advantage.
Prior experience working in a BPO or outsourcing environment is preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive / Senior Executive to support daily operations and contribute to strategic and project-based initiatives. This role involves middle-management responsibilities, including supervising junior team members, coordinating workflows, and ensuring efficient processes and exceptional client service delivery. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills are essential for success in this position.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
Understand client requirements, develop tailored solutions, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Manage relationships with multiple international clients while ensuring professionalism and service excellence.
Support the development, documentation, and optimization of bookkeeping and operational processes.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and related tools to maintain accurate financial records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
Monitor project timelines, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
Contribute to departmental planning, performance evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.
Lead projects related to process optimization, client onboarding, and system implementation or migration.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
Perform and oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
