  • Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure: Highly self-driven with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining performance standards.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry: Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends, challenges, and legal frameworks, allowing for informed decision-making and strategy development.
  • Have experience to procure high ended residential & commercial projects for premium customers

Responsibilities & Context

  • Land Identification & Client Relations: Identify potential land opportunities and provide personalized services to landowners, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Forecasting & Analysis: Analyze relevant data and land information to forecast future business opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making and effective strategy development.
  • Client Query Management & Communication: Handle client queries promptly and professionally, maintaining open communication with relevant personnel to gather feedback and provide tailored responses.
