Age between 22 and 30 years.
Vendor certifications are a plus.
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Mikrotik, routers, switches, and OLT deployment.
Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, RSTP, EtherChannel, VRF, PBR, and load balancing.
Experience with VPN technologies including L2/L3 VPN, GRE, IPsec, and L2TP tunneling protocols.
Strong understanding of IPv6, IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and Mangle rules.
Proven ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software-related network issues.
Work on a roster-based schedule, including night shifts, as required.
Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, and overall network connectivity.
Operate and troubleshoot various wireless technologies, including Cambium and Unifi routers.
Provide technical support to customers both on-site and remotely, addressing network, internet link, and service-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of network links, new users, tasks, and equipment/accessory details.
