• Ensure that goods are received from production on time as per the plan.
• Collect and distribute the packing list to the designated packing and relevant areas.
• Oversee and collect necessary packing materials, buyer POs, packing methods, style details, and ratio information for accurate packing operations.
• Monitor and control key processes, including pack receiving, baler packing, carton packing, storing, pallet making, and loading.
• Achieve production targets aligned with departmental baselines and oversee finishing processes to meet on-time shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with the team and buyer representatives to ensure timely inspections.
• Manage finishing operations and effectively handle inspections, including audits by external buying offices.
• Lead and manage the finishing and packing teams to deliver results with high efficiency.
• Maintain and record daily output for finishing and packing activities.
• Follow up on weekly and monthly shipment plans in collaboration with the planning department.
• Ensure adherence to the buyer's quality requirements.
• Verify and oversee measurements of cartons and polybags for merchandise.
• Supervise shipment loading and unloading activities.
• Achieve departmental goals by coordinating with relevant teams to resolve any issues.
• Meet departmental objectives, targets, and KPIs effectively.
• Ensure goods are shipped in accordance with the shipment plan while maintaining quality policies and objectives.
• Comply with ISO standards, 5S practices, and buyer-specific requirements.
• Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure quality, delivery, and budget objectives are achieved in line with company procedures.
• Generate and maintain regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate, monitor, and manage inventory of finished goods received from production, arrange dispatch, and reconcile balances with the stores.
• Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the work environment, adhering to C-TPAT security processes.
• Promote and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness procedures, addressing any subordinate behavior that may pose risks.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by management as required.
