• Develop line and machine layouts to optimize production capacity and ensure the line is fully equipped to meet output targets.
• Balance the production line by allocating the correct manpower according to capacity and forecast plans.
• Monitor production output to meet forecasted targets and ensure all machines, layouts, and materials are in-house before starting production for any style, in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Oversee the production process, address operational issues, and ensure the achievement of planned output.
• Analyze manpower requirements based on production capacity.
• Assess lost time due to production failures and collaborate in cost analysis with SMV breakdowns.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure effective line feeding and efficient operation.
• Ensure department KPIs are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with subordinates to create remedial action plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Prepare Operation Bulletins (OB) for three stages: Initial Proto Sample, FIT, approved sample, and actual OB for layout.
• Design layouts for each style.
• Prepare a machinery requirement plan each month, and ensure necessary machines are in-house in advance by coordinating with the Factory Manager and Planning Head.
• Coordinate the in-house availability of folders and attachments in advance, based on the scheduled production plan.
• Prepare thread consumption charts and work with the merchant team to manage thread procurement.
• Update the Skill Matrix every three months.
• Update the SAM database based on method improvements.
• Track and update sampling status according to the production plan, ensuring PP/size set samples are ready for approval one week before the style loading date.
• Prepare factory-wise incentive reports based on departmental production and efficiency, and monitor weekly performance to conduct meetings aimed at improving individual performance.
