  • Masters, Master of Business Administration (MBA), in Accounting from a reputed university with a good academic track record.

  • CA (Certificate Level) is requisite to apply for the position.
  • Prior experience in internal auditing within large, integrated manufacturing setups, including knitting, dyeing, and garment production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
  • Positive and results-oriented work ethic, committed to achieving objectives in assigned tasks.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive under pressure and proactively take on new initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and effective collaboration within teams.
  • Capability to work independently, demonstrating initiative with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of internal controls, risk management practices, and adherence to company policies through in-depth audits.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide practical recommendations to strengthen control systems, boost operational efficiency, and improve risk management practices.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports outlining key findings and actionable recommendations, presenting insights to management to support ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, actively fostering a culture of accountability and risk awareness across the organization.
  • Review and verify all bills and vouchers to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and correct entries in the accounting records.
  • Perform timely physical checks of company inventory and fixed assets, with prompt reporting to management.
  • Conduct market verifications to assess local purchase prices, reporting any significant discrepancies to management.
