Responsibilities & Context

  • Visit markets and partner locations to analyze business trends, pricing, product positioning, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for VIGI and TAPO.

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners (Dealers, System Integrators) to expand market reach and coverage.

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with existing Dealers and System Integrators to ensure sustainable business growth.

  • Set sales targets and KPIs for Dealers and System Integrators, monitor their performance, and implement corrective measures as needed.

  • Conduct regular partner reviews and business planning meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) to track progress and align future goals.

  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare accurate revenue forecasts.

  • Oversee channel inventory health to ensure proper stock levels, smooth rotation, and minimal risk of overstock or aging inventory.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute channel marketing activities such as roadshows, seminars, and training sessions.

  • Provide product and solution training to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and technical knowledge.

  • Ensure partners clearly understand VIGI and TAPO solutions, including use cases and unique value propositions.

  • Prepare and share regular sales and market reports, covering product performance, market share, competitor activity, and dealer stock, along with actionable recommendations for leadership.
