Job Context:
The Production Executive is responsible for ensuring that production targets are achieved efficiently while maintaining optimal quality and minimal wastage. The role also involves monitoring worker performance, reducing absenteeism, and upholding housekeeping and safety standards across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve production targets through effective supervision, minimizing end breakage, and maximizing machine utilization.
Control wastage by ensuring proper machine operation and reducing material losses.
Monitor and minimize absenteeism through regular communication, counseling, and addressing employee concerns.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures.
Evaluate worker performance based on technical skills, efficiency under pressure, and workplace behavior.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on production activities, workforce performance, and other operational matters to the supervisor.
