• Experience as a QMS Auditor with relevant manufacturing background.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Capable of issuing inspection reports and directly communicating with buyers via email.
• Skilled in identifying garment issues and conducting root cause analysis of defects.
• Ensure garment quality meets both buyer requirements and company standards.
• In-depth knowledge of QMS standards; ISO-9001 (QMS) training preferred.
• Able to implement quality assurance procedures efficiently, minimizing time, labor, and resources while achieving optimal quality.
• Competent in defect analysis and preparing monthly DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports with PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct audits across garment manufacturing processes: QA audit, End Line Audit, and Day Final Audit.
• Capable of managing buyer quality audits.
• Identify and report production issues, discrepancies, and faults.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions promptly to resolve issues.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a robust, solution-oriented personality.
• Strong leadership skills to drive a self-inspection model.
• Knowledgeable in 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with MMR issues, QMS standards, and end-to-end quality assurance processes for delivering products to buyers.
• Understanding of country-specific sewing and finishing routines for buyers.
• Competent in defect detection and control.
