Role Overview:
The selected candidate will work in a sales-focused role, utilizing the company’s sales infrastructure to coordinate team activities and conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement periodic business plans for assigned territories to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company standards.
✔ Handle sales operations within the medical device wholesale market, including working with distributors, resellers, and suppliers.
✔ Participate in tender processes for both government and private sector organizations, including NGOs.
✔ Conduct regular field visits following a structured tour plan to maintain and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
✔ Be prepared for frequent travel as part of the job responsibilities.
✔ Collect and analyze market information from field sources and maintain effective communication with clients based on insights gathered.
