  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers through daily visits to drive TMSS LPG product sales and provide customer support.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess market coverage, competitor activities, and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for different product pack sizes.
  • Expand the business by creating a strong distribution network and maintaining relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
  • Plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations.
  • Monitor distributor and dealer performance daily to ensure targets are met.
  • Collect orders from the market, place them with distributors, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Identify market gaps, appoint distributors, evaluate their performance, and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards.
  • Assist the line manager in preparing and executing monthly and annual sales plans.
  • Proactively identify and resolve market-related issues.
  • Ensure product display and merchandising within the assigned territory.
