  • Experience: At Least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Key Skills and Abilities:
  • Sound knowledge of Listing Regulation 2015
  • Good command of computer applications. Must have a sound knowledge of MS Office and Bangla typing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with shareholders.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and willingness to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Department: Share
  • Major Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain statutory records and registers according to the Company Law.
  • Distribute dividend warrants to the shareholders by using the share management software.
  • Prepare and maintain a database regarding shareholders' dividend warrants distribution.
  • Resolve various issues regarding shares by communicating with shareholders and maintaining the company's policy.
  • Assist in preparing board meetings, and committee meeting documentation such as notice, agenda, minutes, attendance register, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of BO accounts, dividend disbursement, and maintaining dividend register.
  • Submission of all kinds of corporate compliance reports from time to time as per RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, and other Regulatory Authorities.
  • Prepare Compliance report using CDBL software.
  • Assist in publication of the price-sensitive information and maintain the investor relation section of the official website as per DSE & CSE listing regulations.
  • Correspond with the Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF) regarding the transfer of unclaimed dividends.
