  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp.
  • Strong understanding and experience in various Digital Marketing Channels, including SEO (Online & Offline), SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Display Advertising, Website Audits, and Error Tracking.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing automation and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

SEO/SEM Management:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others to maximize ROI.

Social Media Marketing:

  • Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to improve performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with the marketing strategy.

Website Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for search engines and user experience.

Email Marketing:

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms to monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • Present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously test and optimize digital campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and competitive.

Budget Management:

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI for all campaigns.
  • Allocate resources efficiently across various digital channels to achieve marketing objectives.
