This role focuses on building and maintaining strong professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position includes responsibilities for installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training for assigned products. It also requires close coordination with sales and service teams to achieve targets, generate demand through marketing initiatives, and support overall business growth. The role further involves gathering competitor intelligence, ensuring timely payment collection, and contributing to team objectives as assigned by supervisors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain consistent and effective communication with key personnel at hospitals, clinics, and government/semi-government healthcare institutions to ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Perform product installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service repairs, including providing user application training.
Work closely with the sales and after-sales service teams to achieve individual performance targets.
Gather and report competitor insights to the supervisor to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Continuously enhance business acumen and explore new markets to identify and expand sales opportunities.
Generate product demand through professional marketing activities and on-field initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with team members and execute any additional responsibilities assigned by the department head or immediate supervisor.
Ensure timely collection, follow-up, and realization of payments from clients.
