Skills

Responsibilities & Context

✅Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote land and apartment projects.

✅Meet or exceed sales targets by leveraging innovative approaches and market insights.

✅Execute indoor and outdoor marketing campaigns

✅Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales targets set by management.

✅Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and property viewings.

✅Conduct regular project visits to ensure quality standards and address customer inquiries.

✅Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

✅Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.

✅Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback.

✅Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.

✅Assist in the development of sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.

✅Undertake any additional tasks or projects assigned by management to support business objectives.
