Conduct follow-up calls to generate leads and convert them into appointments.
Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, including online customer queries.
Ensure top-quality service delivery and continually enhance service standards.
Offer precise information to customers to guarantee satisfaction.
Collect and record customer feedback through calls.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
