Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Marketing

  • Age requirement: 18 to 25 years.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

  • Knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in call centers or telemarketing preferred.

  • Minimum six months of call center experience required.

  • Background in tele-sales or marketing is a plus.

  • Demonstrates dynamic leadership and a collaborative management approach.

  • Target-driven with a strong goal-oriented mindset.

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented professional.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools.

  • Sales or marketing-related qualifications are desirable.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Make daily outbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services.

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.

  • Present Sunset Kuakata Hotel & Resort Ltd projects to potential customers.

  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and data analysis.

  • Provide excellent customer service to foster strong client relationships.

  • Maintain accurate CRM and lead records, ensuring timely follow-ups with the sales team.

  • Support sales targets by nurturing leads with professionalism and empathy.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to generate leads and convert them into appointments.

  • Manage both incoming and outgoing calls, including online customer queries.

  • Ensure top-quality service delivery and continually enhance service standards.

  • Offer precise information to customers to guarantee satisfaction.

  • Collect and record customer feedback through calls.

  • Prepare reports as required by management.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
